Our larger meeting room is approximately 20' by 40' and can accomodate 60 chairs auditorium style. Tables are available and can be arranged in a U shape for training. The room is perfect for networking meetings, training meetings, bridal and baby showers, or small receptions. Basicallly we will configure the room up to meet your need. Your guests can enter through their own private entrance, or we will be happy to greet them in our reception area. Audio visual equipment is available at no additonal charge. An audio visual engineer is available on site to produce recordings of your event. A small kitchen is located through the rear door of the room making it easy to provide your own refreshements or have them brought in by your caterer. Rental Fee - $35 per hour, 2 hour minimum. 
The conference room is furnished with an 8 foot boat style conference table and 8 chairs on rollers. Approximately 8 other armed charis can be placed around the perimiter of the room to seat a total of 16 comfortably. A credenza can accomodate refreshements for your guests. A television, VCR, DVD player is available for your presentation needs. A digital projector is available on site as well as a lap top computer. No additional fees apply for equipment usage. Kitchen access available if needed. Rental Fee - $25 per hour 
You and your guests will be greeted in our warm and friendly reception area. Here we schedule appointments, take your calls, receive your mail, and accept payments. Our office machines are available for your use. We feature a scan to email service that allows you to fax a pdf version of your document to anyone with an email address. We can also receive your faxes and either print them or forward them to your email address. We can provide you with a local office address and business phone number. Our virtual office service comes with a receptionist to receive your mail4 and packages, handle your calls during business hours and a state of the art phone system to handle your calls as you direct. We offer free long distance minutes and great international calling rates. Virtual office packages are avaialble with or without office and conference room use hours. Our kitchen is available for use to all our tenants and renters. It features a double sink, microvave, full size refridgerator, small and large coffee maker, and plenty of electrical outlets for your small appliances. A small work table is easily set up when needed.
