Easy 1-2-3 PARENTING

Mondays @ 1 to 2:30 PM for 12 Weeks or
Thursdays @  5:30 to 7 PM

This class is a combination of parent education and coaching.  It is designed to teach you how to parent positively from a perspective of positive thinking, optimistic attitudes, and choices.  Learn how to get your children to do what you want without yelling, threatening, or punishing.  Learn to effectively manage sibling rivalry.  You will have the opportunity to bring your most challenging parenting problems to the table.

Relaxation  Mondays @ 6:15 to 7:00 PM for 4 Weeks
Begins upon minimum enrollment

Each week you will learn and experience a different relaxation technique to discover what technique works best for you.  Learn to rejuvenate yourself from pressures and anxienteis thrhough the regular practice of relaxation.
