I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all of your help in getting us settled into our temporary offices. 
 
When we came to town we were expecting our on site offices would be ready to occupy.  As you know this was not the case.  We needed to find something temporary for a few months.  We were lucky enough to find you.  Your facilities were exactly what we were looking for.  We needed offices with all of the usual office equipment available and you were able to provide this for us.
 
Being new to the area we also needed a lot of help with a number of different items outside of the normal office requirements and you were always there to lend a helping hand and this was greatly appreciated. 
 
The location was also great as it was within a few miles of your job site. 
 
Again, I want to thank you for all of your help and if we can ever be of assistance to you, please let us know.
